This is my New Orleans. It has a school. People are singing in the church. There is house where people take naps. There is also a playground house. My buildings will not flood because they are made of rock, wood and rainbows. There is also a princess.

In New Orleans they had a flood. It tore down houses, buildings, and stores. They are trying to fix New Orleans so people can stay and work in like houses and buildings. This building is for people to live in. Hopefully one day they will build my apartment. The end.

I would not leave the city dry. I would make my New Orleans a city of water like Venice Italy. People ride boats through my city.

My buildings will not flood, because there is a little tube under the building and when it fills up with water the building floats!! My musicians are play music on the road. They are playing sad and happy music.

My buildings will not knock down because the yellow and orange buildings are made of gold. The green sky is a shield to the water will go over the building. There are holes outside of the shield to drain the water. The buildings will be flown away by a plane or a jet before the water gets there. If someone is left behind they will have rocket shoes to fly away.

I did two stories so if another hurricane came you could come to the second storie or you could go down in the basement. You could also go to the green grass and there would be a door leading to under ground.

My drawing shows the architecture of the famous building called St. Louis Cathedral. I am glad it survived the storm and I am sad other places did not. I wanted to draw this for the contest so that other people in the world could see how beautiful New Orleans is and that we need to build all of it back. People need a place to live in a beautiful city like New Orleans.

I drew New Orleans clean because, I think every city should be clean. I drew the sun coming up as hope for the future. I also drew a big dog for wild life. I love New Orleans.

My picture shows a giant flood. The orange band is a giant levee. It was not destroyed but it looks kind of like it blends in with the water.

This is a picture of the new and improved New Orleans. There is a church on the far right and inside there is a great singing choir. The orange stripe at the bottom of the page is a long floaty that keeps New Orleans from getting broken. In the middle there is a really fansy grate that was made in Paris. There is also a really nice hotel. The rooms are big and you need a tv, bathroom, closet, a free breakfast and a free snack. The air is normal and sunny with birds in the air and the trees are blooming. New Orleans is newer than new.
