Barkitecture
Barkitecture was a success again!  Thank you AIA members for committing the time, creativity and giving back to the community for another successful fundraiser for the Greater Birmingham Humane Society.  We do not have the official amount of money raised from this event, but will post in on the website as soon as we receive that information.
AIA Birmingham was responsible for the jury this year.  Our jury was Auburn Professor Cheryl Morgan, Susan Lineberry Barron, AIA President Elect and local artist/dog rescuer Kevin Irwin.  They crawled in the dog houses, tried lifting them to feel the weight and checked out every corner.  The competition was so difficult this year, they decided on Honor and Merit awards in addition to the Best of Show dog house.
